African American Hair Growth

im black and i get a perm and i have dyed my hair before im 14 if that helps and i want my hair to grow longer lately its been breaking off and have alot of split ends so now its really short but i think i took care of the breakage problem already its now back healthy but its still short how do i get it to grow longer and i use organic olive oil productsAfrican American Hair Growth
DO: wear a satin head cap or scarf at night, shampoo once or twice a week with mild shampoos, condition with every shampoo, treat hair gently, ONLY comb (no brushing), eat right + take a daily vitamin and perm every 2-3 months

DONT: sleep on your hair, use heat products frequently, perm more often than you must, wash your hair with drying shampoos, not conditioning enough, wear your hair too tightlyAfrican American Hair Growth
Try to limit the amount of heat you use. Do more roller sets and wrapping instead of a curling iron and flat iron. Make sure you condition your hair well and do hot oil treatments. I like Cantu Shea Butter repair cream. I have natural hair, but if it can keep my hair moisturized, I'm sure it would work great for you. Its at Walmart for like $5.
