downey gave a stupid answer ! im white and i know , first you need to figure why your hair is thinning is it because of to many relaxers or curls? is it genetic? talk to your dr first ask him if you are able to take a vitamin called biotin it helps with hair and nail growth, if your hair is breaking off due to chemicals then the obvious answer is to go nappy for a while, it really is in right now, and no extensions right now your hair does not seem to be strong enough to support them, i hope this helps and contact your most popular hairdresser in your area, most hair stylists will give you an honest answer some for free some for a small consultation cost check into it , good luck and remember to massage your scalp at least 20 min a day to stimulate blood flow to the hair roots ,, this does work i swear!!Anyone knows about African American hair growth products.?
